Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use our online form for this purpose, which you can access via the button above.

How to revoke

Follow these simple steps to submit your cancellation:

Click the 'Revoke Contract' button and log in to your customer account or enter your order details.

Select order

Choose the order you wish to cancel or return. You will see all eligible orders in your account.

Check details

Please check your details such as name, email address, order number, and product details. Ensure that all information is correct.

Confirm Revocation

Confirm your revocation by clicking the corresponding button. Your declaration of revocation will thus be legally submitted.

Confirmation received by email

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details of your cancellation and the next steps.

Information needed

To process your cancellation, we need the following information:

  • Full Name (First and Last Name)
  • Email address used in the order
  • Order number (found in your order confirmation)
  • Product or order details (item name, quantity, etc.)

Cancellation before shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge. Please use the online form in your customer account.

If successfully cancelled before shipping, you will be fully refunded within 14 days.

Please note that cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipping. Once shipped, the regular right of withdrawal applies.

Return after delivery

If you wish to return goods that have already been delivered, please first submit your cancellation via the online form. You will then receive detailed instructions on how to return the goods.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of your declaration of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Please return the goods in their original packaging and in unused condition. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Possible exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires for the following products, if legally applicable:

Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your express consent
